Wrapping up the theme of the week with the cutover and trying to be a smooth operator, one of the things that should be considered key more than anything else is the data migration: the type of data, how it is managed, how it is accessed, and how it is kept in sync.

When we think of data, there is normally two ways to approach it: file based and application based. How would you approach ensuring the data is consistent to ensure everything is migrated over before the one dataset becomes two?
