Since I’m helping my client with their major cutover exercise this weekend, this week’s challenge will be based on that:

Cutting over is a very complex exercise with lots of moving pieces. While it is optimal to try to push things out in phases (to minimize impact/risk), sometimes they cannot be avoided.

How would you keep track of this complexity and communication during the event?
