For any complex project, coordination and communications are key. During the merger, acquisition or divestiture, this is where finance is involved to handle the aggregation or splitting of the cash flow, sales for how they will track the new offerings, marketing for getting the word out to all customers, and at the center is the tech.

When it comes to cutting applications over to the new entity, what kinds of activities can the new entity do on its own, and what kinds would require collaboration when a TSA is in effect?
