How many customers pass through your apps on a daily basis?

When are the quiet and busy times?

In other words, what are your baseline metrics and when are you bursting at the seams? For the busiest of times, at what capacity would you be utilizing and how long does it take to handle a request?

If your answer is that you run close to capacity now, then what are you going to do with the new users being on-boarded to your existing apps?

Refactoring your apps to account for the new users and/or support their migration is one thing. However if your baseline is already at capacity, then what is your plan to handle the new users?
